Check in time is after 3:00 PM and Check out time is before 10:00 AM.
This property requires a:
- 3-night minimum stay between 5/2/07-12/18/07.
- 4-night minimum stay during Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
- 7-night minimum stay is required between 12/20/06 to 5/1/07.
A $250 deposit is due when make your reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to check-in date.

Rates:
All rates shown are in US Dollars. Rental rates vary by season. All rates are subject to 7% sales tax and 4% tourist development tax. To obtain a rate quote for a specific time period, please use the Availability Request Form above. We will respond to your request within 24 hours of receipt. If the condo is not available, information will be provided to help you select an alternate time period if needed.

Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is to refund your deposit, less $100, if we can re-book the condo. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 10 business days prior to check-in.
